Mat and Reformer Pilates
Pilates was considered a restorative method however, over the last few years its been adapted into a dynamic style to suit our modern world. There are multiple benefits with Pilates being part of you weekly workout routine. Individuals see great improvements in their posture, joint stability and mobility, balance and stronger core muscles. Pilates is a full body workout that helps you do everything so much better and not just designed to improve fitness levels but to help us throughout our daily lives. Mat Pilates requires minimal equipment and can be done in the comfort of your home. Reformer Pilates sessions will be held in a London studio.
Pre and Post-natal Pilates
Pilates will strengthen deep core muscles to support your changing body and prepare you for birth. The Pilates method will rebuild the strength of all those important muscle groups and help reconnect and align your body post-partum. Millie is pre and post natal qualified and has worked with multiple women through pregnancy and motherhood.
