About Me
Millie is one of London's leading personal trainers. Millie is more than just a trainer she is a personal coach who specilaises in reformer Pilates and Barre. Millie teaches in some of London’s top studios to include the Workshop Gymnasium at the Bulgari Hotel Knightsbridge, South Kensington Club and Vita Boutique Fitness in Sloane Square. Ballet trained from a young age, Millie fell into an expansive modelling career after being spotted in central London in her teens which led to her successful appearance in a model reality TV show. With a strong background in dance and fashion, Millie knows first hand the importance of looking after oneself in a healthy well balanced way but still reach your fitness goals.

Millie’s training approach transcends from the principles of Pilates into her strength and conditioning coaching. Sessions can be done virtually, in a London studio including home visits. Having rediscovered fitness after working in the fashion industry, Millie helps individuals to achieve their body goals without them having to skip a meal. Move With Millie is not just about the level of physical fitness but also the importance of mental fitness. Her aim is to help her clients to build a strong, beautiful body and set the foundations for a happier way of life. Combining different fitness disciplines, Millie’s training style is a fusion of her own pilates-inspired method Sculpt and Shape with strength and conditioning.

Online Coaching
Millie has lovingly created her Move With Millie online coaching app delivering bespoke workout programmes and personalised nutritious meal plans. We believe that movement and nourishing food should be truly assessable and enjoyable for everyone. Fitness trainers like to say consistency is key but what if you struggle with consistency and need to be held accountable. Workout plans can be done at home or in the gym. For some being in the gym is a daunting experience with the Move With Millie app workouts plans explain all the reps, sets, weights and exactly how to do the exercises so there is no more wondering around the gym not knowing what to do!
