Meet Millie, a London-trained Pilates and Strength Coach trusted by high-profile and celebrity clients for her refined, results-driven approach to movement, mindfulness and modern luxury.
 
Now based in Ibiza, Millie offers private training and curated movement experiences across the island and online. She currently teaches weekly Strength and Barre classes at Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel alongside working with private clients internationally. Her London career includes work at The Bvlgari Hotel Knightsbridge, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, The London Edition and CatnCow in Gloucester Road.
 
With a foundation in classical dance, Millie blends strength training with contemporary Pilates to support strength, mobility and confidence through intelligent, intentional movement.
 
Her online platform, Move With Millie, extends her approach internationally through personalised online coaching designed to fit seamlessly into modern life.
