Meet Millie, one of London’s most acclaimed Pilates and Strength coaches, known for her refined, results-driven approach that bridges movement, mindfulness, and modern luxury.
Now based in Ibiza, Millie continues to work with a global roster of high-profile clients, providing one-to-one training and curated movement experiences. Her London career includes work at The Bvlgari Hotel Knightsbridge and The Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, as well as teaching group reformer classes at The London Edition and CatnCow in Gloucester Road.
With a foundation in classical dance, Millie brings an innate understanding of form and flow to every session. Her signature Sculpt & Shape method reimagines Pilates for the modern body, blending the discipline of strength training with the elegance of controlled movement.
