As we are well into September what better way to embrace the change of seasons than re-engaging with our beautiful bodies. Some of us are coming back from summer holidays and need that extra motivation to get back on track and this class is the perfect blend of a challenging but low impact workout. I cant wait to see to teach my Sculpt and Shape method a Pilates inspired class at Circuit Society in West London. This class is your gateway to strength and mindful movement to sculpt your body. With a focus on glutes, core and abs with full body lengthening and strengthening. This class is your gateway to strength and mindful movement to sculpt your body. I eagerly await the opportunity for us all to move together, whether you are a beginner at pilates this class welcomes all fitness levels. Class length is 60 minutes. Expect delicious protein shakes `after class most definately deserved and skip off with cute goodie bags (worth over £150)!!!! :)
